Site Technical Manager – Architectural Background (High‑Rise Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to lead technical coordination on high‑rise construction projects in Dubai. The role combines engineering oversight, shop‑drawing management and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure project delivery meets design intent and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production, detailing and coordination of shop drawings across Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design and MEP disciplines.
• Review and approve subcontractor submissions, material data, shop drawings and technical calculations.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and provide guidance to construction teams.
• Facilitate technical meetings, workshops, RFIs and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC and commercial teams to align technical status and approvals.
• Monitor as‑built documentation and maintain technical records.

Required profile

• Arabic national with at least 8 years experience on high‑rise projects in the UAE.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Site Technical Manager in the UAE.
• Architectural background and contractor experience.
