Skilled Carpenter – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join Al Saqer Property Management, the real‑estate arm of United Al Saqer Group. The role involves delivering high‑quality carpentry work across residential, commercial and retail projects in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and design plans.
• Measure, cut and shape wood, metal and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and install frameworks, cabinets, shelves, doors and other components.
• Install or repair building fixtures such as windows, stairs and mouldings.
• Support the Facilities Engineer in material design, cutting and measurement.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other tradespeople to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of carpentry experience in a facilities or property‑maintenance environment.
• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

Required skills

• Blueprint interpretation.
• Measuring and cutting wood and metal.
• Operation of hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders).
• Framework assembly and installation.
• Fixture installation (windows, stairs, mouldings).
