Skilled Mason – Construction & Maintenance

About the role
The Mason will carry out civil repair, restoration and finishing works across Ohana Development’s property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining structural integrity, serviceability and aesthetic standards of buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Repair cracks, plaster, blockwork, concrete surfaces, flooring, kerbstones and pavements.
- Install and repair tiles, including grouting, to a high finish standard.
- Perform minor waterproofing tasks to protect structures from moisture.
- Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting and other finishes.
- Assist with minor renovation projects as directed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and HSE guidelines.
Required profile
- Recognised trade certificate in masonry or civil works.
- Minimum three years of hands‑on masonry experience.
- Strong eye for precision, alignment and quality finishes.
