About the role

Accor’s Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a skilled Painter to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of its facilities. The role involves delivering high‑quality painting work across public areas, guest rooms and exterior surfaces in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute painting projects in various areas, including public spaces, guest rooms and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and applying primer as required.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve consistent results.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers and sprayers with precision.
• Perform touch‑ups, repairs and regular maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule work and minimise disruption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
• Assist in inventory management of paint supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in various painting techniques and surface preparation.
• Color mixing and matching.
• Knowledge of different paint types, finishes and specialty coatings.
• Experience with timber treatments.
• Use of brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
