Social and Community Manager

About the role

Join NEXT Ventures to own and shape FundedNext’s voice across social and community platforms. You will build and nurture a global community of traders, driving engagement and growth in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FundedNext’s presence on X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Reddit and trading forums, setting cadence and engagement strategy.
• Create and publish platform‑specific content that aligns with the brand voice and cultural nuances.
• Moderate communities on Discord, Telegram, Reddit and trading forums, enforcing guidelines and maintaining a safe environment.
• Engage with audiences through comments, DMs and discussions, handling sensitive interactions with sound judgment.
• Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth and response time, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end social and community campaigns, coordinating assets and ensuring timely delivery.
• Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of independent management of social media and/or community platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform ownership, content creation and campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit or trading forums.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Publer, Emplifi, PostBridge) and platform‑native analytics.
• Proven ability to moderate communities and enforce guidelines.
• Exposure to fintech, prop‑trading or trading communities is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Meta Social Media Marketing, HubSpot Social Media, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
