Social Media & Community Lead – Remote

About the role

Hytech is seeking a seasoned Social Media & Community Lead to own and evolve its global social ecosystem. Working remotely, you will transform social channels into strategic platforms for brand building, customer engagement, product education, and reputation management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute differentiated strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of global social channels, including content calendars, publishing cadence, and performance tracking.
• Establish and run engagement and escalation frameworks for comments, DMs, user feedback, and reputation risks.
• Lead global and regional communities on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, driving meaningful interaction.
• Partner with Customer Service, Product, Compliance, and regional teams to resolve user issues and feed insights back to the business.
• Implement governance, security, and account‑management standards for all social assets.
• Supervise Channel Managers, Community Managers, and local social teams to ensure consistent standards.
• Produce Voice of Customer and community insights to inform brand, product, and CX strategies.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Content.
• 3+ years managing official brand social channels for a global or international brand.
• Proven ability to operate social media across multiple markets with an understanding of local audience nuances.
• Hands‑on experience in social engagement, comment/DM management, and handling customer complaints.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Experience with community platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord.
• Strong governance and security practices for social media accounts.
