Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to lead PECTIV’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms. You will shape the brand’s storytelling, grow its community and drive organic engagement for our premium feminine‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars and plan daily posts.
• Write compelling captions, briefs and concepts for each platform.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots, UGC creators, influencers and photographers.
• Grow organic reach, follower count and brand awareness.
• Manage community interaction, responding to comments and messages.
• Identify trends and produce timely content, including weekly Live sessions with experts.
• Oversee influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity and social media trends.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer and E‑commerce Growth Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and report performance metrics and content KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content or brand marketing.
• Proven track record creating content strategies for e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare or lifestyle brands is a plus.
