Social Media Manager – Dubai (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to join Short Agency’s new UAE branch in Dubai. You will create, film, edit and publish short‑form video content for our clients, speaking French and English on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the editorial line for each brand, turning business objectives into TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts concepts.
• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring a steady publishing rhythm.
• Shoot video content primarily with an iPhone, direct on‑camera talent, and handle all post‑production tasks (cuts, subtitles, sound, pacing).
• Create static and animated visuals, write hooks, captions and scripts.
• Monitor performance, adapt formats and optimise content for both organic reach and paid amplification.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in social media, preferably with agency or brand clients.
• Fluent French and English at a professional level; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai and comfortable working in a hybrid office environment.
