Social Media Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead Dove’s social presence across multiple markets from our Dubai office. You will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, content creators, strategists and the Dove brand team to ensure daily content is on‑brand, timely and culturally relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social content calendar that aligns with brand objectives.
• Ideate, create and adapt platform‑native creative for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
• Schedule, publish and monitor posts, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and turn conversations into cultural moments.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creators, agencies and internal teams to amplify reach.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates and audience behaviours.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines across all social touchpoints.

Required profile

• Highly organised and culturally fluent.
• Genuine enthusiasm for social media as a discipline.
• Strong copywriting skills tailored to each platform.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Comfortable working at newsroom speed in a fast‑paced environment.
