Social Media Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Circles is seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Social Media Manager to lead and expand its brand presence across social platforms in the UAE. You will work at the intersection of content, community, and brand activation, turning strategy into engaging, conversion‑focused social experiences for a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging video‑first platforms.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster audience engagement.
• Collaborate with agency partners, brief creatives, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports, and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay ahead of regional trends, cultural nuances, and platform algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands in the UAE or similar multicultural markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Experience using content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
