Social Media Manager

About the role

Minimalist.ae is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. Based at the Dubai headquarters, you will shape strategy, create content, and drive engagement for a luxury lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars and campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Implement, measure and optimise social media strategies and paid advertising on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Translate design concepts into social‑ready assets and maintain an organised asset library.
• Write copy for social posts and email blasts, schedule and analyse performance.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to identify trends and new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of managerial digital marketing experience in a UAE‑based eCommerce or luxury fashion/watch company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat advertising.
• Klaviyo email marketing platform.
• G Suite productivity tools.
• Social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Adobe Suite for basic graphic design.
