Social Media Manager

About the role

Klekktic is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead its online presence from its Dubai office. You will shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, ensuring every post reflects the company’s design‑forward ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with product launches and brand initiatives.
• Maintain and update the content calendar, write captions, and optimize posts for engagement and reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and report insights.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and recommend new formats or platforms.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and SMO strategies.
• Strong content‑strategy experience, including campaign planning and calendar management.
• Excellent written communication skills for brand‑appropriate copy.
• Experience using analytics tools and KPIs to measure and improve performance.
• Familiarity with visual storytelling and close collaboration with designers.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications; experience in design, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
