Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation and publishing of content across all social platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity. This full‑time, on‑site position is based at Wearevisuals in Dubai and works closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars and oversee daily publishing.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals and copy.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
• Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Identify trends, opportunities and support broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyse campaign results and deliver regular insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO expertise.
• Proven ability to design and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for clear, engaging content.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of platform best practices and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus.
