Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes culture, understands Dubai’s fast‑moving social landscape and can turn attention into action. You will own the full social ecosystem for Washmen and its premium service brands, shaping our presence, growth and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies, define pillars, formats, hooks and posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Write creative briefs, scripts and shot lists, ensuring all output reflects our premium tone and cultural relevance.
• Manage community interactions – DMs, comments and customer queries – with speed, empathy and conversion focus.
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer and creator programmes, including gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate deals and UGC management.
• Maintain brand safety, oversee crisis communication and ensure premium positioning across three brands.
• Coordinate freelancers, creators and production partners, handling budgets, timelines and approvals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or community management.
• Native fluency in English and deep understanding of Dubai’s culture.
• Proven track record of running influencer campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to adapt content culturally rather than merely translate it.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with creators and community leaders.
