Social Media Marketing Specialist - Personal Branding

About the role

A UAE-based organization is looking for a creative, dynamic and highly professional Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance the digital presence and personal branding of a senior business leader. The role covers social media management, content strategy, digital storytelling and audience engagement, with a high level of confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with branding objectives.
• Manage accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create posts, stories, Reels and short-form videos, write captions and coordinate photography, videography and video editing.
• Capture content during business meetings, corporate events and public appearances as required.
• Monitor interactions, engagement and online brand perception, and identify opportunities for visibility and follower growth.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement and audience growth, prepare periodic reports, run competitor benchmarking and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on internal discussions, schedules, business activities and unpublished content.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in social media management, personal branding or digital content creation.
• Proven experience managing professional or personal social media accounts.
• Experience managing accounts for business leaders, entrepreneurs, public figures or corporate executives is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication, copywriting and presentation skills; strong creativity, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Content planning, digital storytelling and social media campaigns.
• Good knowledge of photography, videography and short-form video.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
