Social Media & PR Executive

About the role

Kitopi is looking for a dynamic Social Media & PR Executive to shape and amplify its brand presence across the Middle East. You will own the creation, execution and optimisation of social content, influencer collaborations and public‑relations activities that drive engagement and support the launch of new dishes and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality social media content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including seasonal promotions, dish launches and brand collaborations from concept through rollout.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across markets, adapting content for Saudi‑specific dialects, Dubai conventions and platform‑specific tones.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement and act as the brand guardian on all social channels.
• Oversee a tiered influencer and ambassador programme across the UAE and KSA, handling contracts, budgets and performance reporting.
• Track affiliate and coupon‑code performance, identify top‑performing creators and guide renewal decisions.
• Monitor social sentiment, draft press releases and statements, and escalate emerging PR issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and public relations within a fast‑moving consumer‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage influencer programmes, negotiate contracts and optimise spend against ROI.
• Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including brand, content and design.
