Soft and Hard Skills Trainer - Cleaning & Maintenance

About the role

Justlife is looking for a hands‑on trainer who will own the technical training system for deep cleaning and furniture cleaning services. You will develop and deliver practical modules, assess field professionals, and coach them to meet high service standards while the company expands into AC and MEP services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve training modules, checklists, practical assessments and certification criteria for deep cleaning and furniture cleaning.
• Conduct on‑site demonstrations, competency assessments and targeted retraining for frontline professionals.
• Monitor service ratings, customer complaints and quality inspections to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements in SOP compliance.
• Support rollout of new SOPs, test new tools or techniques, and ensure their adoption across the field workforce.
• Maintain a feedback loop with quality teams to align training with evolving service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience training frontline cleaning or maintenance teams and measuring performance uplift.
• Strong ability to translate knowledge gaps into hands‑on coaching and structured practice.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on chemical mixes, extraction methods and safety protocols.
• System‑thinking approach to link quality complaints with training or SOP breakdowns.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
