Software Developer – Zoho Automation

About the role

Sama X is looking for a Software Developer to deliver on‑site technical solutions that keep our Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle running smoothly. You will design, build, and maintain tools, scripts, and reports that support connectivity operations and enable rapid troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts using Zoho Deluge, Python, or JavaScript to automate business processes.
• Create and sustain complex reports and real‑time dashboards in Zoho Analytics for inventory, service status, and financial performance visibility.
• Provide second‑level (L2) technical support, diagnosing and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data synchronizations, and custom integrations.
• Implement technical specifications from BA/QA teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and performant.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the Zoho ecosystem, managing API limits, data integrity, and cross‑module connectivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, focused on business process automation and operational reliability.
• Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements such as latency, throughput, and API rate limits.
• Proven ability to prototype quick fixes and build long‑term tools that resolve operational bottlenecks.
