Software QA Analyst – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Software QA Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet functional, technical and business requirements through rigorous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, user stories and technical specifications to define testing needs.
• Design, develop and maintain test plans, test cases and test documentation.
• Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, system, usability and exploratory testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document and track defects using bug‑tracking tools.
• Retest resolved issues and perform regression testing to verify no new defects are introduced.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform cross‑browser, cross‑platform and device testing as required.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, defect status and QA activities.
• Support user acceptance testing and production validation when needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting defects and reporting quality risks.
