Solution Architect – AI CRM Solutions

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI‑driven CRM solutions for customers in the United Arab Emirates. The role bridges business requirements with Salesforce technology to deliver optimal, scalable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning and multi‑cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with customers to capture detailed business processes and translate them into solution designs.
• Create prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts and mock‑ups to validate requirements.
• Develop user stories and business requirement documents for agile delivery.
• Support UAT and Go‑Live activities, including test planning and execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong design skills and ability to critique visual elements and user flows.
• Excellent written and visual communication, able to document processes with diagrams and videos.
• Self‑directed, capable of breaking down complex processes and managing timelines.
• Expertise in process modeling, project management and data modeling methodologies.
