Solution Architect Associate Director – RIS

About the role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a senior Solution Architect Associate Director to lead architecture and solution design for capital‑intensive projects. The role combines strategic planning, governance, and hands‑on project delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define creative, end‑to‑end solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Develop architectural roadmaps and standards for systems and business services.
• Ensure solutions comply with architectural principles, governance standards, and client expectations.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to deliver on Build‑to‑Print and Design‑Build models.
• Allocate resources, monitor budgets, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead business development activities, bids, and thought‑leadership initiatives in digital transformation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Solution Architecture, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and implement large‑scale, capital‑intensive solutions.
• Strong governance and standards‑setting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams.
