Solution Architect – Dubai

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical delivery of its digital‑asset platform for major banks and financial institutions across the Middle East. You will own end‑to‑end implementation from deal closure through production, ensuring secure and scalable integration of blockchain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own transition from deal close to production, taking full accountability for solution delivery.
• Design and document enterprise‑level setups, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Drive complex integrations with core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule compliance.
• Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns and playbooks for the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve integration challenges.
• Support pre‑sales technical discovery and solution design.
• Maintain operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering post‑sale implementations for financial institutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
