Solution Engineering - Cloud & AI

About the role

Join the Microsoft Innovation Hub as a Solution Engineer focused on Cloud and AI. You will work onsite in Abu Dhabi, partnering with customers to translate business challenges into end‑to‑end technical solutions that leverage Microsoft’s AI platform and Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical engagements such as strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions and rapid prototypes.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives, acting as the trusted advisor on AI platform trends and guiding customers through design‑thinking workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical resources and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Implement robust AI transformation solutions and optimise integration of Azure services, Fabric Data platform and real‑time intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in solution engineering or related technology roles.
• Strong consultancy mindset with proven ability to run discovery sessions and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with customers and internal teams.
