Solutions Architect

About the role

The Solutions Architect will lead the architecture of the Operations & Guest value stream, shaping scalable, resilient, and efficient operational capabilities. You will design end‑to‑end solutions that connect frontline teams, enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital channels while ensuring real‑time visibility and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern end‑to‑end solution architecture for operational transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable architectures for core domains such as flight operations, technical, training, and network operations.
• Architect integrations between operational systems, enterprise applications, and third‑party solutions using APIs, events, messaging, microservices, and batch processing.
• Enable real‑time monitoring, decision‑making, and workflow automation through event‑driven designs, operational data stores, dashboards, and alerts.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and availability for analytics, AI, and automation use cases.
• Partner with operations teams to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and assess vendor products for fit with enterprise standards.
• Provide architectural guidance to product managers, analysts, developers, and vendors, maintaining documentation and managing technical risks.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend secure, scalable applications within operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing complex solution architectures in an operational or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data governance, and security standards.
• Ability to collaborate across digital, data, technology, finance, procurement, and operational functions.
• Experience guiding agile delivery teams while establishing architecture guardrails.
