Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Solutions Architect to join our team in Dubai. You will design and present end‑to‑end technology solutions that meet both business and technical requirements, working closely with customers, sales, and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures aligned with customer objectives.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, requirements, and strategic goals.
• Support presales activities, including workshops, demos, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work, implementation plans, and project scopes.
• Design solutions across AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and lead solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to create innovative, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance offerings.
• Support delivery teams during implementation with architectural oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and deliver customer presentations.
