Solutions Consultant

About the role

Deliverect is looking for a Solutions Consultant to help enterprise clients adopt its API‑first platform. You will act as a technical authority and trusted business partner, shaping integration strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex enterprise workflows, translate requirements into scalable implementations, and lead technical alignment sessions.
• Guide clients on best‑practice operational processes and optimal integration architectures.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to technical leads and C‑suite executives across multi‑phased projects.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to convey Voice of Customer feedback and influence platform roadmaps.
• Execute end‑to‑end system testing, deliver tailored training, and ensure seamless deployments.
• Troubleshoot integration, middleware and API challenges using root‑cause analysis and document platform bugs.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
• 3+ years of client‑facing experience managing complex, multi‑phased SaaS implementations.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks and integration architectures.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Google Apps Script.
• API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Data and monitoring tools: Looker, BigQuery, Grafana.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, token authentication and integration architectures.
