About the role

Join Cisco’s Solutions Engineering team in the UAE, where you will act as a trusted technical leader for strategic customers, shaping their technology direction and delivering measurable business outcomes across networking, security, and cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑architecture solution strategies across networking, security, and cloud.
• Define and drive multi‑year account strategies aligned to business and financial outcomes.
• Engage at executive level, translating technology into business value.
• Deliver high‑impact demos, workshops, and strategic engagements.
• Drive value realization, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, CX, Partners, and Engineering.
• Contribute to thought leadership, market positioning, and demand generation.

Required profile

• 10+ years total experience, including 5+ years in pre‑sales/solutions engineering.
• Proven track record handling large, complex, multi‑year customer engagements.
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC markets; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate in multicultural, high‑stakes environments.
• Experience working with partner ecosystems.
• Deep cross‑architecture expertise in networking, security, and cloud.
• Consultative selling approach and experience developing account strategies.
• Ability to articulate customer financial drivers and focus on value realization.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills.
• Growth mindset with continuous learning, high adaptability and ownership.
