Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join Shanghai Me in Dubai. The role involves managing the wine program for a fine‑dining concept within a leading hospitality group.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Sommelier within fine dining restaurants
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
- WSET certification
