About the role

The Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join its banquet department. The role supports the smooth running of the banquets department, where all aspects of the guest conference and banqueting service are delivered to the highest standards, and works as part of a team focused on guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet guests' needs and respond positively and on time to guest enquiries.
• Support the smooth running of the banquet department and deliver the guest conference and banqueting service experience.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely, professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets.
• Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, following up as required.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Personal integrity and strong communication skills.
