Sourcing Director – ITO & Advanced Procurement

About the role

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a senior leader to head its ITO (Inquiry‑to‑Order) and advanced procurement activities for the pump product portfolio. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will drive strategic sourcing, cost‑reduction initiatives and supplier performance across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global ITO team and long‑lead procurement function for pumps.
• Collaborate with the ITO sourcing team to prepare quotations and secure competitive pricing.
• Oversee supplier selection for first‑time purchases, ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Partner with engineering and application engineers to perform value analysis and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage negotiations and track open quotations for sites in Annecy, Glasgow and Burlington.
• Monitor critical deliveries, implement systematic controls and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, advanced procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating global teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, sales and project teams.
