About the role

Join the Sofitel Dubai The Palm team as a Spa Attendant, providing personalized service to guests in a luxurious 5‑star beachfront resort. You will be the first point of contact for spa visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to treatment rooms, and offer tours of the spa facilities.
• Maintain spa areas—including locker rooms, relaxation zones, and treatment rooms—in a clean, tidy, and well‑stocked condition.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to standard operating procedures and ensure all amenities and toiletries are available.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide water service, and act as a host throughout the spa experience.
• Assist guests with spa‑related information and guide them to appropriate services.

Required profile

• Customer‑service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
