Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join the team at Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for guests using our Serenity Spa facilities, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, engaging service to all spa guests.
• Assist with daily spa operations, including knowledge of the full spa menu.
• Guide guests in the use of sauna, steam rooms, day passes and other facilities.
• Provide product information, promote retail sales and maintain product displays.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all items are presented according to standards.
• Follow departmental, safety and sanitation policies and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in pre‑shift briefings and hand over duties at the end of each shift.
• Keep the reception and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
• Report equipment malfunctions or health‑and‑safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong focus, ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organised, able to multitask and stand for long periods.
• Enthusiastic, bubbly personality with a passion for hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling figures.
