SPA Receptionist – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional SPA Receptionist to join the wellness team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role is the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service while managing spa operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all spa inquiries, bookings and reservations from direct clients and partner hotels.
• Process and manage day‑spa and residential spa bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, ensuring a professional experience.
• Maintain organized records of bookings, client preferences and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate treatment details to spa therapists and staff.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage spa inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Support the reception team and assist with spa treatments when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness or hospitality reception role is advantageous.
• Background or knowledge in beauty or wellness treatments preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must speak Russian.
• Valid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems, booking software and Microsoft Office applications.
