Spa Therapist – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver professional body and facial treatments, massages and personalized home‑care advice to guests at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. The role combines guest service excellence with strict adherence to safety, cleanliness and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of treatment rooms, locker areas, lounge, steam/sauna and restrooms.
• Accurately schedule, modify and cancel appointments, and promote retail products and treatment packages.
• Process billing and posting for spa and retail services, reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager.
• Assist with fitness centre duties, equipment upkeep and coordination with service representatives.
• Participate in Hilton training sessions and departmental meetings.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure all audio‑visual equipment is functional.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front‑office and fitness teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
