About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage services using appropriate techniques, props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs, verify contraindications and ensure safety before each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, sterilising tools and handling linens.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products, contributing to revenue targets.
• Escort guests to and from treatment areas and monitor their comfort throughout the session.
• Adhere to company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a spa, wellness centre or luxury hotel environment.
• Relevant vocational or technical qualification in massage therapy or related field.
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards, including handling of contraindications.
• Professional appearance, clear communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in various massage modalities and body treatment techniques.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and sterilisation standards.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques within a spa setting.
