Specialist Information Security

About the role

The Specialist Information Security will lead the development and continuous improvement of our cyber and information security posture. You will work closely with compliance and operational teams to ensure robust protection of sensitive data and systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, support and advance security strategies, policies, programs and projects to enhance resilience.
• Oversee compliance with applicable cyber‑security laws, regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to establish policies, standards and guidelines for user activity monitoring and insider risk management.
• Design and implement a risk‑based software security compliance program.
• Contribute to internal and external security awareness and outreach initiatives.
• Participate in regular, special and emergency meetings related to cyber and information security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and OT cybersecurity operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing mission‑critical security environments.
• Proven ability to build service‑oriented organisations and drive delivery models.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
