About the role

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for reviewing UAE & GCC regular, off‑cycle and final settlement inputs, managing pre‑ and post‑payroll validations, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll inputs, system uploads and execute monthly, off‑cycle and final settlement payrolls in close collaboration with the Payroll Manager.
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation and transaction records in the designated repository.
• Perform monthly pension reconciliation and handle pension‑related issues.
• Independently verify payroll calculations (gross‑to‑net, net‑to‑net) and ensure accuracy targets are met.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports, conduct data analysis and support HR stakeholders with tier‑2 employee queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience with solid knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high numerical aptitude.
