About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, contract administration, training, payroll, and immigration matters.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit local staff in cooperation with management, handling advertising, planning, and contract drafting.
- Terminate contracts and ensure consistency in warnings and dismissals together with management.
- Coordinate staff training and deliver comprehensive induction for new hires.
- Maintain the HR and time‑and‑attendance system, ensuring accurate staff data.
- Advise the management team on all staff‑related matters.
- Update and maintain the staff handbook.
- Prepare monthly salary payouts and comment on salary cost variances.
- Implement HR projects aligned with management objectives and participate in ad‑hoc projects.
- Build loyalty and trust with staff and ensure clear communication on HR issues.
- Handle visa applications, immigration matters, and labor‑office requirements.
- Manage all office‑related administrative matters.
