Specialist PR and Media Relations

About the role

The Specialist PR and Media Relations will lead the creation and review of external communications for ADNOC Distribution. This role ensures that all public‑facing content is clear, impactful and aligned with the company’s strategic narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans that convey ADNOC Distribution’s brand story, product portfolio and corporate announcements across print and digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal business units to gather information, draft press releases, social media posts, op‑eds, talking points and feature articles.
• Oversee the design and production of PR assets, including visuals, videos and infographics, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Group brand guidelines.
• Standardise content across platforms, proof‑read materials and support finalisation of brochures, advertisements and campaign collateral.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse campaign performance and competitor activity, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain tracking models for press coverage, reputational risks and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial eye.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess media impact and derive strategic insights.
