Specialist Radiation Oncologist Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Specialist Radiation Oncologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive radiation oncology care, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose cancer patients requiring radiation therapy.
• Develop personalized radiation treatment plans based on staging, pathology, imaging, and clinical condition.
• Prescribe and supervise radiation therapy according to established clinical protocols.
• Manage patients receiving external beam radiation and other modalities.
• Review treatment plans with medical physicists and radiation therapy teams.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment, managing side effects and complications.
• Participate in tumor board meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Provide supportive and palliative care in collaboration with other specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Radiation Oncology (MD, DNB, DM, MRCP, FRCR, Arab Board or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience as a Specialist Radiation Oncologist.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, evidence‑based approach to oncology care.
