Specialist Rheumatologist – Outpatient Practice

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Specialist Rheumatologist to lead an outpatient practice in Al Karama, Dubai. This full‑time position focuses on delivering specialist care for chronic inflammatory, autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist rheumatology consultations in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Diagnose, treat and monitor patients with inflammatory arthritis, systemic autoimmune diseases, gout and related disorders.
• Develop long‑term, individualized treatment plans and adjust therapy based on response.
• Collaborate closely with GPs, internal medicine, orthopaedics, physiotherapy and other specialties for early diagnosis and coordinated care.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence and lifestyle modifications.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Rheumatology specialist with several years of outpatient experience.
• Proven ability to manage high patient volumes while maintaining quality of care.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork and patient education.
• Commitment to building a loyal patient base within a community clinic.

Required skills

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating inflammatory arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, gout and other rheumatologic conditions.
• Proficiency in developing and adjusting disease‑modifying treatment regimens.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and electronic medical record systems.
