Specialist Verifier & Training – Quality Assurance & Technical Trainer

About the role

The Specialist Verifier & Training is responsible for independent quality assurance of assessment decisions within the ATA program and for delivering technical training to AGC employees. The role supports business growth by ensuring assessment consistency, developing training resources, and promoting ADNOC’s learning offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency of assessment decisions made by Assessors.
• Verify that assessment processes comply with internal QA systems and external standards (NQC, OPITO).
• Provide feedback, advice, and support to Assessors on competence judgments.
• Conduct internal verification activities, maintain related records, and participate in standardization exercises.
• Support internal quality systems, implement corrective actions from audits, and drive continuous improvement.
• Train AGC employees as qualified assessors and align skill profiles with NQC portfolios.
• Lead and support delivery of short courses, develop and update training materials, and ensure courses meet technical and safety requirements.
• Promote training programs at internal and external events and prepare promotional materials.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong understanding of assessment standards and verification procedures.
• Experience in delivering technical training and supporting assessors.
• Familiarity with internal quality assurance processes and audit follow‑up.
