Sponsorship Officer – Ticketing

About the role

The Sponsorship Officer – Ticketing will lead Etihad’s global sponsorship ticketing and hospitality programmes. You will use analytical expertise and stakeholder engagement to maximise ticket utilisation, enhance guest experiences and deliver measurable business value across a diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ticket demand, allocation requirements and utilisation trends to develop recommendations that optimise commercial outcomes.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of sponsorship ticketing and hospitality programmes, ensuring effective planning, execution and governance.
• Determine ticket allocation approaches, balancing business priorities, stakeholder needs and sponsorship commitments.
• Partner with account leads, rights holders, agencies, clubs and event organisers to provide specialist advice and ensure effective ticketing strategies.
• Evaluate ticket inventory performance and attendance data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead relationships with ticketing agencies and service providers, overseeing performance and resolving complex issues.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytics to provide insights on utilisation and operational effectiveness.
• Produce post‑event analysis and actionable recommendations for future sponsorship planning.
• Support major sponsorship activations across football, Formula 1, cricket, basketball, badminton and other strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing, hospitality or sponsorship operations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
