About the role

Our Utility Cleaners support essential hotel operations at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi. Working across departments such as kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry, they ensure clean linen, spotless dishware and well‑maintained equipment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards for cleanliness, uniform appearance and professional communication.
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑reach tasks.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• No specific education requirement (high school diploma or GED not mandatory).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or licensing required.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing machines.
• Operation of linen washers and dryers, including hand‑wash stations.
