Store Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead one of our fashion retail stores in Dubai. The role combines commercial responsibility with people development, ensuring the brand delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse store performance, identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the customer database to build loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Stay informed on market trends, product assortments and competitor activity, sharing insights with back‑office teams.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with the team and line manager.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
