Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager at Suitsupply, you will lead a high‑performing retail team in Dubai, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including visual standards, staff development and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to build a gold‑standard team.
• Set weekly and monthly objectives for the team and monitor progress.
• Ensure all employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Recruit qualified talent and continuously raise the bar for the core team.
• Own the store P&L, manage budgets for salary, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure all merchandise is attractively displayed.
• Align with Human Resources on policies, procedures and development planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a high‑volume store with 50+ staff or multi‑unit experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
