Storekeeper – Hotel Operations

About the role

As a Storekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will manage goods and deliveries entering and leaving the hotel premises. You will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution according to the company's purchasing and procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving operations: receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory: organize and store goods, keep accurate records, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Support hotel operations: coordinate timely distribution of goods to hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation: record inventory movements and update stock records.
• Ensure compliance: follow purchasing, procurement, safety, and inventory control policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move stock when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety, storage, and handling procedures.
