Strategic Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead commercial growth with major end‑users across the UAE, including restaurant groups, retailers and high‑volume strategic accounts. The role will be based in Dubai and will focus on building long‑term relationships and delivering revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial management for key customer accounts, driving revenue, margin and strategic expansion.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, sales forecasts and demand‑planning inputs.
• Lead customer relationship management, business development, activation and retention initiatives.
• Negotiate contract pricing, commercial terms and align partners to joint business plans.
• Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, Operations and UAE distributor partners to translate market needs into sustainable growth.
• Track and report on commercial metrics, margins and market expansion targets.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Key Account Management, National Account Management or Business Development, with at least 2‑3 years based in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven track record managing large strategic accounts and delivering revenue growth in premium foodservice, FMCG, protein or agribusiness sectors.
• Experience in joint business planning, pricing negotiations and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical approach to identifying business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Agribusiness or a related discipline.
