Strategic Account Manager – MENA (Remote)

About the role

Sardine is building a world‑class customer success team to support its fraud, payments and compliance platform. As a Strategic Account Manager you will own a portfolio of MENA customers, act as their main stakeholder within Sardine, and ensure they extract maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling day‑to‑day issues and strategic opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of Sardine’s products, technology and roadmap and convey it clearly to clients.
• Translate complex technical problems into actionable solutions and guide implementation.
• Advise customers on best practices for fraud prevention, compliance and payment operations.
• Define, monitor and report key performance indicators to demonstrate ROI.
• Collaborate with risk analytics and data‑science teams to address emerging fraud typologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to work with API‑based integrations.
• Domain expertise in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC or banking.
