Strategy & Corporate Governance Expert – CEO Administration

About the role

This senior position provides high‑level strategic, financial, governance and performance advisory directly to the CEO. The expert will lead integrated financial‑strategic consulting workflows and shape long‑term institutional direction through rigorous analysis and policy guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic financial, investment and governance advice to the CEO, including policy insights and investment analysis.
• Lead, review and advise on economic, financial and delivery feasibility assessments, cost‑benefit analyses and business case preparation.
• Assess sector and infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with government priorities, sustainability goals and long‑term objectives.
• Monitor regulatory changes related to investment, sustainability, mobility and innovation, and advise on necessary alignment actions.
• Review public‑sector and infrastructure policies for coherence with strategic, financial and governance frameworks.
• Advise on governance structures, decision‑making models and operating frameworks for complex organisations.
• Evaluate business, funding, financing and delivery models, including partnership‑based approaches.
• Provide expert guidance on portfolio, programme and project management frameworks to support evidence‑based decision‑making and benefits realisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience providing strategic financial advisory to senior executives or CEOs.
• Proven ability to lead integrated financial‑strategic consulting workflows.
• Strong knowledge of public‑sector governance, investment appraisal and policy analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing feasibility, cost‑benefit and risk modelling for large‑scale initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable investment pipelines and governance recommendations.
